About Looper
Looper is a small, focused tool for one job: setting a precise A/B loop on a YouTube video and repeating it. It's built for people who watch the same few seconds of a video over and over — a musician isolating a lick, a language learner shadowing a sentence, a dancer counting a phrase of choreography.
Why it exists
Most existing loop tools were built years ago and it shows: loop points that drift by up to a second, pages weighed down by megabytes of unused code, and interfaces that feel like an afterthought. Looper is built from scratch around one idea — the loop point itself is the product, so it's the part that gets the most attention.
How it works
Looper plays your video through YouTube's own player — nothing is downloaded, re-hosted, or modified. It just controls exactly when playback restarts. Your loop points and notes are saved in your browser only; there's no account and nothing is uploaded to a server. See the privacy policy for the specifics.
How it's funded
Looper is free to use and supported by display advertising, not subscriptions or accounts. See the terms for details.
